We had a nice stay at this brand-new condo right by the beach, and it has a lot going for it! Dataran Klebang, convenience stores and restaurants are nearby to the condo that you don't have to worry about meals or personal needs. The location is fantastic for beach lovers, and we loved how clean and tidy the unit was when we arrived. It has a nice, minimalist vibe with all the basic necessities covered. A special shoutout to the host, who was incredibly helpful and provided very clear check-in instructions that made our arrival smooth and easy! Overall, the room itself is sweet and clean, and the host is wonderful, but the building is likely still sorting out its new management kinks. With thicker curtains and better elevator management, this would be an amazing place to stay.

That said, there are a few areas that could be improved to make the stay more comfortable. If you plan to stay here, remember to bring your own hair shampoo, as none was provided. The unit directly faces the gorgeous sunset, which makes for lovely views, but it does get quite warm in the afternoon. The curtains are a bit too thin to block out the heat, and the air conditioning takes a while to cool the living space down. Also, if you love a movie night, do note that the smart TV doesn't have apps like Netflix or Viu installed yet. Our biggest challenge was during checkout. We ended up waiting over an hour for an elevator, as they became completely full with departing guests after 10:00 AM. It got quite stuffy since none of the six elevators have fans or air conditioning working inside them yet
