Location was really good and the room very comfortable . Staff did their best to help me dispute the language barrier .
There seemed to be some confusion about my free shuttle service to and from the airport .
All sorted in the end .
Signage in the hotel itself was a bit confusing too so because of the language barrier this didn’t help .

Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The front desk was very efficient. The rooms are quiet and clean, featuring an elegant ambiance and a well-thought-out layout. The toiletries are high-quality and the staff provide thoughtful service. It was an absolutely wonderful stay.
The breakfast has a rich selection and tastes great. The hotel is just a 20-minute drive from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. The staff even helped me book a taxi, for which I am truly thankful. I highly recommend this hotel!

Complimentary airport pickup is available. The driver was warm and helped with luggage. Check-in was fast, and staff kindly helped me carry bags and connect Wi-Fi. It’s just a short distance from the airport.ree
