Eagle Lodge

The homestay is basic of course, given the excellent location in Aroumd/Armed, right beside the path that goes up to Toubkal. Hassan is a friendly and accomadating host and a great cook, we have had all our meals here. Relatively good beds too, if you know how hard Amazigh beds can be.

The rooms can be a bit noisy, depending on how considerate the other guest are, obviously.

Our host, Ibrahim, was very friendly, helpful and spoke English really well. His brother, Hasan, was a lovely cook and prepared us several tasty meals. If we ever return to the Atlas Mountains we will visit the Eagle Lodge again.

We have no negative experience.

Sengen er lidt for hård.

A very special, beautiful, clean and welcoming place. Ibrahim welcomed us as if we were at home — he was very warm, friendly and attentive. The location is ideal for exploring the Atlas Mountains and discovering the Berber villages. They provided us with all the information and help we needed. Abdul took great care of us and acted as our guide, sharing his kindness and knowledge with us. It is a very homely and comfortable place, and the food was extraordinary. We will definitely come back! Thank you!
