Everything is updated, over all the house was beautiful and private dock was nice, but there was a lot of walking up and down the hill to the water.
We stayed the whole time with a leaking sink and the host was hard to get a hold of. The issue was not addressed so after doing dishes we had to wipe up water. As a suggestion, Bathrooms all need trash cans, we stayed four days and had enough coffee for two, we like to cook but only salt and pepper as seasoning was available. When you're on vacation you're thinking about that. Also I would like to have some kind of a list where the clients can follow before departure.

Penny was very communicative & responsive to my questions. The location was lovely. The house was comfortable & easily accessible. The bedrooms were well appointed. The covered living had good furniture & we spent a lot of time there. The views & dock were perfect. The home has been updated. The checkout process was easy & painless.
The living room furniture seemed dated & didn't match the house theme. A pathway down to the dock would be helpful for access. The kitchen could use some more silverware, storage containers, utensils & pots. It was awkward to not have trash cans in the bathrooms.
