Superb hotel room, incredibly comfy beds (medium-soft and you think you are sleeping on a cloud), very service-oriented staff that is friendly, very respectful and helpful. The room itself is very spacious, thought-through and has everything you need. Spacious balcony as well, super nice smelling shower gel/shampoo and a big fridge (that doesn't turn off when you leave the room with your card). Daily cleaning and there is a cool and hot water dispenser on each floor. We travel a lot and this is one of our new favorite hotels (just sad we didn't find them earlier and had to stay in some other places before). The pool was under maintanance but the hotel informed us instantly. Really recommended and we will definitely be back. Thank you so much for this perfect stay
