Brak okna

We were able to put our luggage in the apartment before the formal check-in time. The apartment has a good location.

The host didn't send me the check-in instructions until I reached out to him on the day of my arrival. There was no prior communication via email or booking app. The Free Netflix mentioned in the description is not true. We couldn't use the account and had to switch to our own account. I asked the host about it on the first day of our stay, but he didn't reply at all. The bathroom is quite old. And there is black mold in the shower. Also, we could hear the neighbor talking at night when using the bathroom. The communication with the host was disappointing. It felt like talking to a bot and he didn't reply to us at all after we checked in.
