Excellent location, not too far from the train station. Sitting on the edge of the old town, lots of character. The apartment had lots of exposed walls and beams which added to its charm. A large space with bedroom, living room, dining area, kitchen and bathroom. There was a useful coat stand at the front door. There were curtains we could draw across at night to make the living room more cosy and private. There were lots of cleaning products, a large fridge and a fair range of kitchen utensils. The bed was comfortable. The decor was quirky and interesting. Very good value for money in Denmark.

The host was not responding to most messages, we only got entry details upon arrival in Odense, following 2 previous requests. There were no welcome rules of the property/instructions, such as expectations for disposal of rubbish/recycling etc. The apartment was generally clean and reasonably equipped, however there were areas which appeared not to have been deep cleaned for a while, window ledges, glass, mirrors etc. There should have been a hairdryer, we could not find one and the host did not reply when I inquired about it. There was a broken socket in the kitchen. The kitchen had a hot plate and a toaster but could have benefitted from a microwave or small oven as there is room for these. A coffee press or similar would also have been useful. There was no hanging rail for clothes in the bedroom which would have been useful and only 1 drawer, the others had spare linens stored in them. It would have been nice to have blinds or curtains at the front and back doors as they are both full length glass doors, so anyone outside can see right into the living areas.

skvělá lokalita v dosahu nádraží i centra města a parku. Velmi pohodlná postel. Dostatek prostoru na odkládání věcí, židle, stoly. Malá, ale funkční kuchyň, obrovská lednice. Čisto

Opravdu by se hodila roleta i na vstupní dveře, my to vyřešili překrytím dveří šátkem. Těžko říct, jak by bylo příjemné větrání na ulici v létě, my měli na noc okna zavřená a bylo to v pohodě. Při otevřených oknech by asi byl dost hluk zvenku.

Emplacement en plein centre-ville exceptionnel. Grand espace et déco très sympa. Le propriétaire a accepté une mise à disposition avec une heure d'avance.

Côté rue, l'entrée/sortie est au ras d'une route très fréquentée. A l'arrière, l'entrée/sortie donne dans l'espace de stockage des poubelles de l'immeuble et la porte est entièrement vitrée, sans occultation, avec une poignée capricieuse. Il y a du passage autour de ce logement. Le petit plus auquel nous avons eu droit côté rue: les chiens qui viennent uriner sur la végétation qui pousse abondamment devant les fenêtres. La ventilation de la salle de bain tourne en continu et le tuyau débouche dans la chambre ce qui gêne pour dormir. Le store de la porte d'entrée est absent et a stimulé notre créativité. Nous l'avons remplacé par deux grandes cartes du Danemark prises au bureau touristique. Nous étions contents d'arriver et contents de partir. L'appartement aurait besoin d'un sérieux coup de propre du sol au plafond !
