Property itself is excellent. Fire safety excellent .
We had to evacuate down 28 flights of stairs fast. Not easy for two aging ladies!! We had to wait outside for approximately 40 mins as building close by went up in flames.. all was very efficient.
Not the property but the pool attendant was rude .iMade me feel very unwelcome as if I was not allowed to be there. It was a lady with blond curly hair. She barked instructions at me and she wanted to know how I got in there . My partner and I had paid an extra £15 each for the facility. The security staff very friendly.

Great location very close to Casemates square and at the entrance to Ocean Village . The apartment was very clean and comfortable with lots of amenities provided and great views from the balcony . The access to the rooftop pools and spa area was great and it was always quiet and peaceful during our stay . We had a really good week staying at the apartment , thank you .

The apartment studio had a nice balcony and view.
It had a washer and dryer.
Accessing the unit was difficult. The security guard seemed irritated I was there asking questions.
There was no bag concierge or anything in the way of storage of my belongings while I went on tour so I had to cancel my tour.
I would prefer a hotel for the price.
