Excellent communication via the booking.com site. Plane was delayed but I was able to message the host and they were there to meet us. Loved having a coffee machine! Vey clean and comfortable.
If we'd been staying longer, some kitchen essentials were missing but this did not matter for a few days.

Excellent location, clean airy apartment and a very attentive and supportive staff. We had an unexpected emergency while we were in Milan and the staff responded promptly and was extremely helpful. Contact them enough!
