The serenity and quiet environment

The WiFi was reliable and the location was ideal for places of interest.
The staff though seemed friendly they’re not proactive, needed to be reminded to provide necessities such as toilet paper, towels, soap. The shower didn’t have a door or something to shield water spillage.

Place did justice for Botswana as it was my first time in the country. The hotel is pretty clean and upmarket, cool place to stay at. Room service was great, the customer service top notch, kudos to Ashley, Lerato and Lonne for being kind and helpful.
Nothing honestly, maybe to mention the wifi which was dwindling at some point but was basically connected the entire time.

The gentleman at the reception was friendly
Poor maintenance of the rooms. The hotel has so much potential but it feels like they put little to no effort to maintain it. The toilet had no toilet seat, the bathroom walls were moldy , the faucet was broken, the door lock was broken, the bed was hard and the room didn’t smell nice. The breakfast was average
