La Vista

I booked a double room for this property. Based on their pictures in booking.com it's very spacious- one of the reason why i choose it. When i arrived to the room assigned to me it barely have any space to move. I raised to the staff but they said it was a double room and i said its very different than the one in the picture. The picture is very misleading if that indeed was double room. And the door bathroom is damaged/broken that should have been fix before they had someone stay in it. I also raised it but they said they don't have any available room (aside from single room) because they're fully booked. They said they will checked if they will have available room but they cannot confirm as they're fully booked at that time because of the event (the same event i was there) I stayed in the room for the rest of my stay. Its just the picture is misleading. if thats the size of the double room might need to update the your pictures because the difference is huge.

Czysto, wygodne łóżko, całodobowa recepcja, odżywka do włosów (ważne dla kobiet ;) ).

W pokoju panował dziwny zapach, pobyt rozpoczęłam od wietrzenia.

It’s was great location for us

The location is very close to the airport.

There is not elevator since I was struggling with knee problems this is a most to have for people with disabilities. At night the bed has little insect that didn’t allow me to sleep well because of the itchy. One of the lights didn’t work.
