Clean, well-appointed and walking distance to town

The location is great and the accommodations are very comfortable.
When I searched for a place to stay, the website showed availability for one night at a time. I didn't realize the same name was used for two units of a duplex. Our first night's reservation was for the downstairs unit and the second night for the upstairs unit. When I asked if we could stay both nights in the downstairs unit I was told no. That meant that both units needed to be cleaned and we had to move. Furthermore, I provided my ID and credit card information to Home Away. We we arrived at the unit the first night I had to contact the rental management company and provide the information again in order to gain access.
