Great location in the centre of Alnwick so ideal for the castle, gardens, parkrun and Barter Books.
The room and bathroom were spotless.
There was a shared kitchen downstairs but we didn't make use of it.
It was fine for us but the rooms are on the main road so some people might not like traffic noise.
Again not an issue for us as I know the town but make sure you park in the 24 hour stay car parks not the 3 hour disc ones or you may wake up to a parking ticket!

Room was small and the mattress was very uncomfortable.

The location is great, just a few yards from the Bondgate entrance into Alnwick. The rooms are small but comfortable and clean. The bathroom is large by comparison. The lady greeting us was very helpful and explained all we needed to know about access. She also explained that guests enjoyed a 15% discount on breakfast at the adjacent theatre. The scones in there are a meal in their own right and there are plenty of options for breakfast/brunch. I rate it for its location and staff, will certainly consider it again.
Not a lot of space around the bed but it was OK. There was no TV but again this wasn't an issue.

Location was perfect
The midnight noise of other residents getting back, talking loudly and slamming doors. This woke me and my children up.
Also, I’ve realised that with young children, I need a TV or TV room, and preferably a bath.
It was comfortable and clean otherwise
