The apartment was new and clean and lovely. It was well stocked and had everything that we needed for a great trip. We really liked the location. It was close to a metro stop and near a park and a beautiful running trail next to a river.
I think that the property was new and there were a few kinks. When we arrived we couldn’t find it from the address and our GPS. We whatsapped Joe and he got on video with us and directed us in where to go. We also needed help figuring out and Joe was quick to respond and help us. The WiFi also didn’t function the first day. Joe came to try and repair it and when he couldn’t he had the repairman come and repair it. So in Sunday although we had a few problems Joe was very responsive and fixed them quickly.
