Perfect location. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, banks, SIM card service centres etc, and a taxi to the main sights. Standard breakfast, big clean rooms.
Please buy the reception staff some earphones! Is it really necessary to play videos etc at full volume on phones in the lobby, when people are relaxing, talking, reading, working on computers? I know it must be boring sitting around but that’s the job ….

Overall, it was a great experience. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Haris, and the room was very clean. Furthermore, the hotel is very centrally located, making it easy to get around Islamabad. Lastly, the breakfast was exceptional, there was great variety in the room service menu and the taste was great.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Great location for some local food spots and close to central mall.
Some of the other guests were very noisy early in the morning and I needed to speak directly to them as they were shouting at 5:30-6:00 in the morning
