It was clean and balcony views were very nice.
There should be elevator. Microwave oven was absent. Electric iron i did not find. Unfortunately the parking alloted to us was occupied by someone else and I had to park in another adjacent spot and was worried if my car will be towed away and I had no idea what to do in mid night

Only the bed was comfortable.
The oven was not cleaned before our check-in . we are expected to remove the garbage but the oven was left dirty. When we tried to use the oven to heat a pizza, the residue left such a foul smell that our food started smelling like the residue. Plus, that same residue created so much smoke that we were worried that it would trigger the fire alarm.
Tried Reporting to the chat, no response came in.
