Excellent location, close to shops in Edgware Road and Marylebone, plus Oxford street. Usefully equipped kitchen. Comfortable big bed with nice sheets etc. plus good towels. Gigantic TV with umpteen apps available. Plenty of cupboard space and hangers. Workable wi-fi. Air conditioning unit and electric heater available but not needed. And you could open the window!
Bathroom very small, somewhat tired and shower puny, maybe cleaning the shower head would help. Rather scruffy carpet under the table. Bedside tables need a good scrub. TV had apps but not BBC channels as far as I could discover. Broadband a bit flaky for streaming

Location.
The sheet covers were very stained. Ok, seemed clean but not very nice at all. If it had been a hotel I'd have gone straight to reception. Barely any plates and why no tea bags. Plenty of coffee pods but no simple tea bags.

Location was great, nice and quiet street near Marble Arch tube.
Property was worn and tired.
The washing machine worked well but needs a good clean, the bathroom is really small and the shower was terrible. Poor water pressure, difficult to use the tap, shower head was horrible. Limited space for storage of personal items.
Bed was adequate but not very comfortable. A queen sized bed would be a nice gesture.
Floors weren’t very clean, hair everywhere.
