The arrival was easy. I got help with my luggage, everything was fine. The place is nice and clean, in a very good location. I got some items I needed when requested. The beds are comfy. The sofa was nice and comfortable too. Towels were nice and clean. I will come back.
The internet connection is very, very low. One of the air conditioners is quite old an not that effective (living room).

The place was clean and conveniently located near downtown Cairo.
the AC was quite loud, which was really bothersome, and the beds were not very comfortable. Overall, it was okay, but those were the drawbacks.
