It was warm, very comfortable with a beautiful bathroom and kitchen. Also spotlessly clean.
The only thing for me was noise during the night from Greggs delivery I think, but I am a light sleeper and you get noise when in a town centre.

Perfectly clean, comfortable and more spacious than pics appear. Great communication from host. Would happily stay again.
Only criticism was the street noise (close to pub) at night, but central location had other perks.
