Owners super friendly and welcoming.
Room and bathroom immaculate...lovely towels provided.
Breakfast lovely.
Walking distance of town centre and the owners have bikes to use if needed.
The dog is a little star...super sweet and loves a bit of company at breakfast 😁
There were no negatives.

Eric and Claire were wonderful hosts, very helpful giving advice on what to see in La Rochelle and restaurants. Very clean with modern decor. The bed was very comfortable and our dog Mia was made very welcome.
The bedroom is a little compact but fine for 1 night.
Fruit & yoghurt would be a nice addition to the continental breakfast.

Très bel endroit, décoration récente avec beaucoup de goût et de soin. Extrêmement propre!! Nos hôtes ont été aux petits soins avec nous. Très bon et chaleureux déjeuner. Je recommande à 100%. Stationnement tout près.
