Over the course of almost a week we stayed in two properties rented out by these hosts.
Exceeded or expectations, great value for money and really helpful wonderful hosts that replied to my every need promptly.
If and when we come back to Newcastle, we will most certainly be staying here again.

The location was excellent even if the neighbourhood is full of litter.
Some instructions on how to work the TV, turn on the hot water etc would be useful. When we asked for help, the response was very prompt though.

I was grateful to find a property with parking and a secure garden for my dog
The fridge was faulty as it froze all my food for the week. It would be helpful to provide tea towels and some more cleaning products to help with the kitchen. (Or state in the booking what we should bring) There was a hand towel in kitchen but was stale smelling. I stripped the beds when I left and only one bed had a mattress protector and there were no pillow case protectors so that wasn’t nice knowing how sweat easily passes through a pillow case or bedsheet. Suggest you look at those details to improve
