Beautiful accommodation, practical for a big family like ours. Great location. Had everything yoi could possibly need to make a home away from home.

Everything was great!

Lovely and homely

The Fridge didn’t work properly but it did not affect our stay. We still had a great stay.

It was very clean and had everything we needed for our short stay

location was great and property itself was clean and tidy. The people looking after the place were easy to get hold of

Had to wait over half an hour after we arrived as the door code they gave us did not work. The fridge/freezer never worked. We were there for nearly a week before they provided a very small beer fridge (with a small freezer compartment) for us to use. The interaction trying to get either the fridge fixed or something we could use took many days and was very frustrating. We ended up thowing out a large amount of food as it went off. A few fixtures were broken such as toilet roll holder and a few door stops - these were not disclosed to us prior to moving in. I took photos so we would not be blamed for these issues and our bond affected.
