We are a family of 4 stayed at Iris house for a week. Very convenient location, otsuka station which is on Yamanote line is just 3-5 min walk away. Shinjuku, ikebukuro, akihabara are just few stations away. House is in a quiet location yet so accessible to shops and restaurants. Seven eleven, groceries, McDonald’s and many cafes within walking distance. Property is clean and well managed with everything one may need. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to everyone. Iris was very helpful, easily reachable and provide recommendations.
If there’s one thing I could recommend that would be to have a clothes dryer as well besides the washer. Drying clothes was a challenge, we used the nearby laundry to dry our clothes.
