We were in total 9 (5 adult + 4 kids). Spacious house, well distributed rooms equipped with AC, with plenty entertainment for all ages in different year seasons - it was Sommer. Very well located at the Classic Chianti area, not far from Firenze. Good cooking options either at the kitchen or outside at the grill. Very good size and well maintained swimming pool, highlight for the kids in Sommer. Very individual opinion, I was happy with the “home” feeling, as plenty of books, original furniture used by the family composes the house…
Garbage concept should be improved, long stays for a large group can create more volume than the collection throughput can handle.
One Air conditioner started dripping towards the end of our stay, despite good temperature control, it brought some discomfort that could not be solved short term (feedback and support from housing team was always agile)
Bed mattress are noisy, also not so comfortable.
In Sommer, come prepared for the Mosquitoes!
