A very nice and clean apartment in charming surroundings at the tip of Ortigia. I can really recommend this place. What I liked the most was the rooftop terrace, with a glimpse of the sea and a direct view to a lovely old church. Especially at night it was a great place to sit and look at the lit church and the stars. It was also great that we just had to round the corner and walk a couple of hundred meters to take a bath in the clear water on a small beach. This apartment is the place to combine exploring the old town, go for a bath and perhaps drop by during the day for a snack or a drink. If you come by car it is important to know that there is a ztl-zone with driving restricrions on the whole Ortigia island, but there are some time slots where you can drive in and drop off your luggage. We did that and could drop it off just 50 meters from the apartment.

It is ok to know that the staircase to the rooftop terrace is a bit steep, but all in all it's not a big problem.
