I love this place. Spacious and clean. En suite laundry.

The room was very clean and it looks like it was newly renovated. The staff was very friendly and helpful and could help us when we had questions. I definitely recommend this for people that wants to explore Osaka.
A short pamphlet with instructions would help future visitors. Rules for the apartment etc. For example one of the ceiling lamps was also a projector. We didn’t realize that after one day :D

The location is great, close to Dotonbori and a 10-minutes access to the subway with elevator for heavy luggages. Familymart and local restaurants nearby. Self check-in is easy with instructions sent via email prior to your stay.
Each floor only has 1 apartment and the elevator is right opposite to the apartment's door. The hallway is a bit small, we have 3 big luggages so a bit struggle to get inside with the door opening.
