The location in the city was very close to the downtown, the riverwalk, and the Pearl. It was a stone's throw from the "Strip". The house was very cozy, clean and well equipped. I liked the ceiling fans in each room. Easy to get into. The host was very responsive. A cool little neighborhood with lots of coffee shops and restaurants. Nice backyard but it was too hot outside to use.
The neighborhood was great for me, but some who are not used to urban places might think it a little dicey. Bars nearby and a boarded up house next door.
