Cairo Stays Hotel

The staff were great and very helpful. They were friendly and always happy to assist. The room was clean and comfortable, and check-in was quick and easy.

Nothing major. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.

It was in a very nice safe location, multiple amenities, restaurants, cafes and places to visit, and not that far from downtown Cairo or the airport. The staff is very friendly and super helpful.

The bathroom is tiny, and the shower faucet is difficult to use.

مكان هادي ومريح نظيف وموقع جميل والموظفين قمة ف اللطافة

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed, valued, and taken care of. The atmosphere was warm and friendly, the hotel was comfortable and well maintained, and the entire experience felt much more personal than a typical hotel stay. What truly made my stay exceptional, however, was the people. The reception team was outstanding — incredibly kind, helpful, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They went far beyond what I would normally expect from a hotel reception, always making sure that I was comfortable and enjoying my time in Cairo. Their friendliness and attention to detail made me feel less like a guest and more like a friend. I honestly could not have wished for a better experience. If I return to Cairo, this will be my first choice without hesitation. Thank you to the entire team for an unforgettable stay. You made my time in Cairo truly special. ❤️🇪🇬
