The room was large and was because the lovely lady at the desk put us on the 1st floor instead of the 2nd as I'm on a walking stick and wouldn't manage! The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely too! The breakfast was delicious and was very short walk from buses and the beach!! Will hope to be back again!!
There wasn't really anything we didn't like! The only comment is that a bigger jug for hot water to make tea, would be beneficial as it ran out quickly!!

The bedroom was very good.
The extra charge for parking I think is unwarranted and just takes the gloss of staying.

Excellent and friendly staff
Clean room.
Convenient parking.
Despite assurances that we had a King room the bed was NOT king size - the headboard was but the bed wasn't.
Breakfast was average - only cereal was Rice Krispies and fruit very limited.
