Great location, lovely room and shower. And loved having a pool at my doorstep.

They could clean every two days without prompting

The location is excellent, right on Bisma Street, with restaurants, cafés, shops and pretty much everything you need within easy walking distance. At the same time, despite being so close to the main street, the property is surprisingly quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful, and my room was clean. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and I also appreciated that the room was quite well insulated. I couldn't hear the guests staying in the rooms next to mine. Another big plus is the shared kitchen area, where there is a large fridge and a water dispenser. Having drinking water readily available is a small detail, but a very useful one, especially in Bali.

Housekeeping is done every day, which is great, but I think a little more attention to detail would improve the experience. For example, if they notice that there is very little toilet paper left, it would be helpful to leave an extra roll in the room. Also, if you use the cup provided in the room, it isn't washed during cleaning. This didn't particularly bother me, but it was something I expected to be included in the daily housekeeping. There is also no bedside lamp, and the light switches are not within reach of the bed. This means you have to get out of bed every time you want to turn the lights on or off, which is a little inconvenient. I asked to have my bedding changed and initially only the bedsheet was replaced. After I spoke to the staff, however, they changed the complete set of bed linen, so the issue was resolved. One morning I had a problem with the hot water, but it was fixed within a few hours. I also heard something moving around inside the false ceiling one night, possibly a small mouse, although this is not particularly unusual in Bali. Overall, I had a comfortable stay. The location, comfortable bed, quiet room and friendly staff were the biggest positives, and with a little more attention to housekeeping details, the experience could be even better.

La struttura è nuova, aperta di recente. L’arredamento delle stanze, i materassi, i cuscini e la biancheria (asciugamani a parte) erano nuovi, al di sopra della maggior parte delle strutture indonesiane. I ragazzi dello staff sono gentili e disponibili e fanno del loro meglio per farti sentire a casa. Abbiamo trovato molto utile la possibilità di usare la cucina, con caffè e te gratuiti e l’utilissimo dispenser dell’acqua.

Nella stanza e in particolare nel bagno non c’è la possibilità di appendere gli asciugamani. Poco spazio per parcheggio moto. Odore di fogna dallo scarico della docci e nonostante l’impegno dello staff per risolvere la cosa, l’odore è rimasto.
