A welcome retreat

We were in a pinch as a result of outages at LHR and were able to book at the last minute. The beds were comfy and the place was clean. It was a welcome retreat after a horrible day.

Clean and comfortable. I’m a stickler for clean and this met my expectations.

There are better options

Good location, welcoming hosts,

Place is full of problems and felt like a care taker rather than enjoy the stay. Raise the problem after few days it gets attention and owner try to solve the problem themselves rather than hiring the professionals to do the job properly. There are lots of problems cant list everyone. Some of major ones are Dishwasher not washing properly, Washing machine not washing properly. Mouse infestation in the property. Heating and hot water not consistent and during our stay was not working during the start and end of the stay. Garden was in a horrible neglected condition when raised owner started to work in garden himself and made a mess of the place. Kids didn't even stepped outside during our 6 weeks of stay. Feels youbare constantly monitored because owners live very local. Property is full of dust and small particles no matter how much you clean the dust particles remains. Many more......
