Location and property outstanding

A simple and straight forward process for collection and return of keys. The apartment itself was great, and in a perfect location for our needs - Shine Night Walk in Battersea Park.

The mattress wasn't as firm as I would like, but still comfortable.

Air con was great, really cool and also quiet. Kitchen facilities were good. Good selection of transport, great to be next to the river, the park and the power station shops and restaurants.

The bedroom curtain rail is terrible, fell down as soon as we touched the curtains. The shower is over the bath - pointless as there is no plug for the bath so couldn’t fill it, and I was looking forward to a soak. Also there are no handles on the bath or walls and no slip mat so I felt like I was taking my life in my hands every time I had a shower. The seal on the shower screen didn’t hold the screen in place very well so it was almost impossible to stop the floor from getting wet. Also although there were lots of mirrors there was no full length mirror. The hand towels provided were too small and thin.

* Has aircon * Good location * It’s nice to sit at the table and see the Thames

* There’s two locks on the door. The key for one of them doesn’t work * Toilet brush is broken * No bulb in the bedside lamp * The curtain, which was attached to a pole for a blind, came off * You have to collect the key from a place that’s quite a walk from the apartment * A lot of stuff is generally janky, eg there was a mirror that was falling apart * The internet was slow and had totally given up by the last day
