Really comfortable beds and sofas, spacious and well appointed. The hill is VERY steep up to the castle but there are Nice places to eat and not far from Barmouth for a day out as well. Parking is a bonus!
Needs a bit of a makeover, some musty smells in the kitchen. Not very secure for dogs, although the garden is enclosed they could walk round the side of the house and get to the front where there is a low wall so you need to keep an eye out. Heating got very noisy in the evening making a loud banging noise.

We had a fantastic stay. The location is unbelieveable and the photos don't do it justice. We thoroughly enjoyed the views of the castle and the seafront, and it's not very far into town.

Good location, close to beach. Hosts were excellent and really helpful. Good communication throughout our stay.
Parking is a bit tight if you have a large car. Property near castle at top of hill Road is narrow and difficult for 2 cars to pass in some places

Good location, very spacious, good value for money and thoughtful additions like games and cleaning products. Owners were very helpful and responsive, good attention to detail.
Shower was a bit small and the shower curtain had seen better days, a shower screen would maybe have been better as the bathroom fan blows the shower curtain into you! Very minor though 😊
