The apartment is located in a quiet area with supermarkets and cafes close by and the metro station is just 5 min walking. The balcony indeed has a nice view. It also offers parking for free which is a plus. The parking spot is right in front of the building.
The AC was clearly not cleaned properly, if it was ever cleaned at all, as it had a very strange and unpleasant smell.

Super Lage, Super Ausblick. Gute Ausstattung

I really liked the apartment; it was comfortable—comfy mattresses, fresh bedding and towels, and cleanliness. The balcony overlooks a quiet courtyard, and there's a dedicated parking space in the courtyard. There's a store and pharmacy across the street.
We were pleased with our stay and the interaction with the administrator.
