Very convenient and good communication. The facilities were good.
The flat door lock was very tricky, and it would have been good to have an outside light for the main door combination lock.
A little bit more storage would have been useful, and no clear directions on how the heating worked.
A bottle of water in the fridge for overseas travellers would have also been welcome.
None of these were significant issues, just recommendations for the owner.
