The location is very good. It is close to Filopappou Hill, where you can enjoy morning sun and go hiking on the rocks. The metro is about 10–15 minutes walking distance, which is convenient. There is a grocery store just across the street, and the area has many cafes and bars. The apartment itself is nicely renovated and feels very cozy.
In the morning, the apartment can be a bit cold. However, there is an air conditioner, so you can warm it up if needed.
Or you can go for a walk on the hill in the morning sun. I stayed there in spring, and I guess in the summer it will be an advantage.
