Very clean and well presented, clearly newly refurbished, everything you need for a few nights stay. Responsive management.
Above a pub but as I stayed Monday to Thursday it wasn’t busy or loud at all so made no difference to my midweek stay.

Clear instructions to find, close to the office with made this a choice, easy access and secure.
All facilities that I needed for the stay.
Maybe just an extra level of care needed for cleaning, a final check before letting people stay would be recommended.

Location is perfect. There is a bar downstairs but it is pretty quiet you don't really hear it. Great access to everything Shoreditch has to offer.
Nothing to complain about. Only tiny thing (which didn't impact my stay) is that I think the host is using AI/ automated communication, so you tend to get the same info about three times! Not an issue- I feel like they are just making sure the info is communicated.

Location is very convenient, faciliaties recently renovated and comfortable. Good value for money for a basic stay in central London if you are on the higher floors.
Hallway and entrace was quite dirty, could hear next-door rooms quite clearly. It is a very busy street for late-bars, quite loud on the lower floors. Less suitable for travelers with children.
