The position in the old town
Check in went smoothly
Furniture and appliances seemed new
The place was clean and with nice light design
No noise at night
The high vaulted ceiling is beautiful
It was quite spacious (the living room, not so much the bedroom) but definitely enough for a couple
One air conditioning unit (in the living room) which was silent and worked well even for heating, although 2 would have been better.
We were able to find paid parking in the streets outside the old town quite easily, 5 minutes away.
Overall really not bad, but I would not say it felt exactly "homey" to us.
Very little natural light (to be expected in a historic house however), the interior felt quite cold and humid (it was early April), bed mattress was a bit too soft, patio door difficult to open, bathroom had no ventilation or soundproof and acces was right at the head of the bed.
We felt a bit pressuree by the management (a rental company) about the different house rules (washing dishes, sorting waste, vacating on time, etc) and even had to sign an additional contract online.
