Die Zimmer sind modern und sehr sauber. Alle zwei Tage wird zudem Zimmerservice gemacht. Nur ein paar Kleiderhaken mehr an der Wand wären praktisch.
Die Lage des Hotels ist gut und man ist fußlaufig in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt. Unser Zimmer hatte sogar eine schöne Aussicht auf die Stadt und Meerblick.
Das Frühstück bietet alles Notwendige und ist immer sauber und ordentlich aufgebaut. Derzeit ist es von 08:00 Uhr bis 10:00 Uhr.
Preislich ist es absolut passend und ein gutes Gesamtpaket.
Der Inhaber spricht deutsch und kennt sich super auf der Insel aus. Er hilft jedem Gast engagiert mit der Planung der Tagesausflüge und gibt hilfreiche Tipps ohne jedoch aufdringlich zu sein.
10/10 wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. 😌

I had a wonderful stay at Residencial do Vale. Everything has been recently renovated, so the place feels fresh, spotless and very comfortable.
Breakfast was excellent, and I especially loved the terrace — the perfect spot to sit with a glass of wine, relax and watch the cable cars in the distance after a day exploring Madeira.
Another big plus is that they a couple of parking spaces available, which was really convenient since we had a rental car.
What really made the difference, though, was André. He is such a warm and welcoming host and genuinely goes out of his way to help with anything you need. Before and during our stay, he sent us useful information, local tips and recommendations about the city, which made exploring Madeira much easier. He was always available to answer our questions and even helped us with practical details, including parking options and the best places to visit.
I felt very welcome and at home here. Great value, lovely atmosphere and wonderful hospitality. I would definitely stay again!

Chambre très mal isolé, on pouvait entendre la conversation des voisins
Porte qui laisse passer la lumière du couloir toute la nuit
Pas de parking, place dans la rue
Énorme montée pour rejoindre l’hôtel depuis le centre ville
