Very good location, next to subway station, tams and buses. At busy crossroads, but with good sound isolation. Apartment very spacious and clean (also bathrooms). Well equipped rooms and kitchen. AC available in the rooms (didn't use, even at ca. 30C outside it was still cool inside. If you don't like AC there are mosquito nets everywhere. Two pretty decent restaurants at the entry to the building. Few groceries in the area, 700m to Carrefour. IMHO much better location than old town with really very loud night clubs, crowds etc.

No comments regarding the apartment itself, not much to improve there. Just technical remarks - indeed, waiting time for warm/hot water up to few minutes. Small balcony, sitting possible only with narrow chair or stool, no place for coffe table etc - not a minus, but worth keeping in mind. Wiev indeed nice, will be better in few months, when reconstruction of fountains will be finished. Lift has capacity of max 3 people, larger group will need more time to get to the apartment (7th floor).

The apartment was super nice and spacious, with 3 large rooms and huge beds—perfect for our family of 5. The living room was very big, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. While there was a general citywide hot water issue in Bucharest during our stay, the apartment has its own boiler; even though it meant using only one bathroom for hot showers, it completely solved the problem for us. The location is also excellent, right next to the subway station and bus stops. Without doubt I'll take the apartment in our next trip to Romania

The kitchen dining table was a bit small for five people, and the cleaning wasn't totally spotless, though it was still good enough.

Great location, clean, will equipped
