The surrounding is ok, close to the city center, the train station. Calm and peaceful (as almost everything in Swiss culture).
We lacked communication with the owners. There were no confirmation for our booking for a certain period of time, no responses to our messages, etc. The internet was not working, and we were not informed.
And the room was not the same as in photoes while booked.

Calme

The property is exactly how it is advertised. Very easy to reach from the train station and metro stations, quite central in Laussane. I booked it for a week to have a simple comfortable stay which is pocket friendly. That is exactly what I got. The apartment was very clean and it had all the basic equiptment one would expect.
Nothing realy, everything was as expected or better.
