Located in the historic center of Rutigliano, the room is an independent solution, equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi internet, TV, hair dryer, coffee maker, mini fridge, small induction hob and mosquito net.
The room is ideal for one or two people.

building, and is reached by stairs shared with another unit in the
complex.

The bathroom is complete with a shower stall, toilet, bidet and sink.

exploring other beautiful Apulian tourist centers in the area, such as
Mola di Bari only 11 km away, Polignano a Mare about 20 km away,
Monopoli only 30 km away, as well as the beautiful historic center of
Bari about 20 km away.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- Winter heating MANDATORY price: euro 5 per day.
