Welcome to our newly renovated vacation home, the Fichtelrooms. We’ve created a modern and cozy place where families with several children can enjoy a wonderful and relaxing vacation—since we have three children ourselves, we know how difficult it can be to find suitable accommodations.

Or you can relax after an extensive bike tour through our beautiful Fichtelgebirge mountains, with more than 1,000 km of touring options on bike paths, forest trails, and logging roads—featuring significant elevation gains—to the most famous peaks: Schneeberg, Ochsenkopf, Kösseine, Waldstein, and Kornberg—or take more leisurely rides with less elevation gain on excellent bike paths all the way to neighboring Czech Republic.

Alternatively, there are also many local attractions to explore, such as the Gleißinger Fels visitor mine, the beautiful Fichtelsee, summer toboggan runs, museums, or the thermal baths in Bad Weißenstadt.
