Located in the beautiful Marina di San Gregorio, in an elegant complex just a short walk from the bay, Cà Luci is a modern ground-floor apartment featuring a comfortable, tastefully furnished veranda. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable and bright living room, tastefully furnished with designer pieces. It features a comfortable sofa with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, as well as a brand-new, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: a double bedroom (air-conditioned) that opens onto a charming private patio with an outdoor shower and a washing machine, and a second bedroom with two single beds. Finally, there is a full bathroom with a shower. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Parking is located outside the residence; your parking pass is provided. The apartment is strategically located near various bars, pubs, restaurants, tobacco shops, and grocery stores. There is a second, similar apartment on the first floor for groups or large families. The bay is a pleasant gathering spot for tourists; you can rent lounge chairs and umbrellas, even though there is no sand, as the sea is easily accessible thanks to its shallow waters and a mix of pebbles and sand. Marina di Felloniche beach is a 5- to 10-minute walk away, and the wonderful, renowned town of Santa Maria di Leuca is just 5 km away.
