✹ Booking guest must be 25+ and present during the whole stay - In the event of a disturbance, property security or local police will be called.
✹ Cancellation policy: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. In the event of a cancellation, the 4% credit card processing fee is non-refundable. Please note - I am a traveler too so I know that things come up! If you need to cancel inside of the cancellation window, please just let me know, and I will do my best to work with you. I am often able to rebook the dates and provide a refund.

This is a gem of a rental. It has a fantastic location and views. The unit was stocked with everything we could possibly need… just a great rental and one that I am sure we will return to in the future.

The hone was lovely and clean. The beach beautiful. The remodel was great, and we so enjoyed being right on the beautiful beach. Stan was great, checking with us to make sure we had everything we needed.The perk of having beach chairs and umbrellas was so awesome.We had no complaints and plan to stay here again!
