And as this home includes a private washer/dryer, you can pack light and stay on top of your laundry during your visit.

The property was clean and located near the park. The views from the deck and from inside the property were great. The road to the house was a bit washed out/rutted, so you may want to consider that if you're driving a vehicle with minimal ground clearance. Also, the door code is 10 numbers long, so you may wish to write it down or save it somewhere easily accessible (unless you have a great memory). The property management company didn't know the wifi password, so that was a bit of a bummer, so hopefully that gets resolved if you need to bring your laptop for work (I ended up using public Wi-Fi in town, and the property management company offered me a credit). Overall, great location. We would come back.

Always nice coming back to RMNP. Could not begin to describe the view from the deck with the snow on the mountains. Will definitely come back when in the area again.

The place was perfect and cozy! Highly recommended. It only needs a new coffee pot to make it a 5 Star
