The village is perfectly connected to various cycling and hiking trails on Rügen. For nature lovers, it is the ideal place to relax and unwind. Lake Neuensien is just a 5-minute walk away. The Baltic seaside resorts of Sellin and Binz can be reached within a few minutes by car or by bike.2-room flat for 2 to 3 people on the ground floor (approx. 49 sqm living space) The flat has a bedroom with a king-size box-spring bed, a living room with a sofa bed, an integrated fitted kitchen, a dining area, a bathroom with shower/WC, a safe, smart TVs in the living room and bedroom and a furnished terrace in the garden. The fully equipped kitchen with dining area is integrated into the large living room. From here you have direct access to the sun terrace with garden furniture. All our holiday flats are non-smoking flats.The large garden offers plenty of space to relax, unwind and play.The garden includes terraces with seating areas, beach chairs, parasols and deckchairs. You can enjoy a wonderful view of the natural surroundings from the garden. There is also a barbecue area in the garden.The children's playground for our younger guests is equipped with a swing, a playhouse, a slide and a sandpit. Lancken-Granitz is very well connected to the network of cycling and hiking trails on Rügen, making our apartment complex the ideal starting point for cycling tours, hikes, walks and island explorations. Lake Neuensien is approx. 400 metres from our accommodation. The traditional fishing village of Seedorf can be reached after a leisurely stroll along the lake.Our apartment complex is perfect for families with children, those seeking relaxation, dog owners as well as sports enthusiasts and explorers.
