The property offers shared bicycle storage in a closed carport with electrical outlets for secure storage of bicycles and recreational equipment. Events are not allowed, and this accommodation is adults only. The property is best accessed by car due to unpaved roads leading to the location.

The hosts live on-site but not in the booked property. Please note that the stairs to the upper floor are quite steep, as is typical in old thatched roof houses, though it is a new staircase as the house was renovated in 2023. The area offers excellent cycling paths connecting to Plön, Lütjenburg, and Malente. Fishing permits for the lake are available, and a large freezer is provided.
