With us, the concept is the micro-adventure in the property of the Château de Rixensart, 15km from Brussels.
After parking your car in the castle's parking lot, you will go for a walk to your accommodation.
This one was developed from an existing bunker on the property.
This is the only known bunker in Belgium where it is possible to stay!
We have added a bedroom with a 180* view of the surrounding woods. A children's bedroom (2) and a dry toilet are in the bunker. and finally on the roof we have set up a great terrace with lounge, BBQ and dining area.
You are on a private property in perfect safety.
Please note: the bunker is not connected to the water, gas and electricity network. This means that there is NO shower or running water. However, an additional heating system is provided in the cold or cool months. Finally, a photovoltaic panel powers a battery so that you have light and electricity.
The goal here is to enjoy the calm of the woods and nature in this atypical accommodation.
So take a backpack... and not a suitcase.
