This holiday home allows us to spend wonderful moments with our family, on the pink granite coast. We have completely renovated it in order to feel fully at home. It is furnished to our taste with quality equipment. The kitchen/dining room was refurbished in March 2026, the bathroom and electricity in March 2025. Our 70 m2 house is ideal for 4 people, with the bedrooms upstairs in a row. It is surrounded by an enclosed garden with a wooden terrace.

Our house has 3 rooms on the first floor:
- a closed living room, with 2 sofas, ceramic coffee tables, a small TV.
- a bathroom with toilets, with a large shower.
- a completely new kitchen/dining room with an oven, a microwave, an integrated dishwasher, ceramic hobs and a fridge with a freezer section.
A washing machine, with an integrated dryer is present in this same space under the wooden staircase, leading to the first floor.
You will find upstairs, 2 bedrooms in a row:
- the first has a king size bed 1m80 wide as well as a large wardrobe to store your belongings. A sea view is visible from the master bedroom.
- the second is composed of 2 single beds, as well as two small desks and a large wardrobe.

Outside, you will find a 20 m2 wooden terrace facing south, as well as a garden lightly planted with trees and flowers.

All amenities are within walking distance (600 meters): pharmacy, supermarket, bakery.. The beaches of Trébeurden (tresmeur, porz termen, goas treiz) are less than 2 km from us and easily accessible on foot, by bike or by car.
